As we're in this "stay-at-home" phase of the pandemic, now more than ever, it's critically important to stay connected and strong. We're all in this together, and no one should go through it alone.

In this spirit, we're offering "A Shot of Resilience," live via Zoom, weekly, starting Wednesday, April 29 from 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Take a break from your new "stay-at-home" normal and learn one resilience-building skill each week, and tips for bolstering your resilience now.

Can't join at the scheduled time? No worries - a recording of each session will be available. And, if tech isn't your thing, you'll be able to phone in. More details to follow.

No one needs to go it alone. Let's join as a community and boost our resilience together!
