August/September 2021 – Self-reflection Process
October 1, 2021-The Rabbinic job position is posted on the RA E-Placement online system.
October – December 2021 – Accept rolling resumes and begin screening, interviews, and reference checking of candidates.
January – March 2021 – Continue accepting resumes if necessary, continue interview process with in person interviews and shabbat weekends with top candidates.
April/May 2021 – Offer job to our new spiritual leader. Enter and finalize contract negotiations and begin transition process.
July 1, 2021 – Our new rabbi and a new era officially begins at BTBJ
